By accessing this website and booking services with The Bay Area Non Smoking Center,, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Nature of Services

You understand that Ken Guzzo is a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist. The services provided (including The Guzzo Protocol and Evolution Intervention) are educational and transformative in nature. Hypnosis is not a replacement for medical or psychological treatment. Ken Guzzo does not diagnose or treat medical or mental health disorders. Always consult with a licensed physician for medical concerns.

3. Results and Guarantees

While we maintain a high success rate (95% for smoking cessation), results vary by individual. Success depends on the client’s readiness and willingness to quit smoking, willingness to participate and follow the protocol. We provide Free Reinforcement Support as part of our commitment to your success, but we do not offer monetary refunds for sessions already performed.

4. Cancellation Policy

We value your time and ours. Please provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to reschedule an appointment. Failure to provide notice may result in a cancellation fee.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, graphics, and the "Guzzo Protocol" branding, is the property of Ken Guzzo Enterprises and is protected by copyright laws.

6. Limitation of Liability
